Education Connect are excited to offer a Middle Leadership Development course for aspirning and newly appointed middle leaders or those middle leaders who would like to better understand their practice and widen their understanding of key technical competencies. The course is delivered by a range of senior leaders and can be seen as a stepping stone onto a number of nationally accredited courses.
The focus of the sessions is geared around development of domain specific knowledge in order to lead a department effectively, developing the tools needed to lead on key areas of school such as curriculum, teaching and learning, staff development, behaviour and effective line management. There will also be a session with a focus on leadership skills & behaviours.

Effective leadership behaviours | What are the skills & behaviours needed to become a highly effective leader? |
